Corn macaroni salad




Ingredients


cooked elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
5 tablespoons yogurt
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 large onion, chopped
 corn
cucumber
1 green pepper
¼ cup grated carrot

Method:


  in a large bowl, 
add mayonnaise, vinegar, yogurt , salt and pepper and mix it 
then add onion, cucumber, green pepper, corn and macaroni.
 Refrigerate for at least 1 hours before serving.
